By registering for, booking, attending, or paying for any course offered by Belhasa Safety Training Academy (BSTA), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Agreement to Terms & Scope
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all interactions, course enrollments, practical simulator sessions, corporate workshops, and certification assessments provided by Belhasa Safety Training Academy (“BSTA”), part of Saif Belhasa Holding, located at Belhasa Driving Center Building, Al Quoz, Dubai, UAE.
In the event of a signed Corporate Master Services Agreement (MSA) between BSTA and a client organization, the terms of the signed MSA shall take precedence in case of any direct conflict.
2. Course Enrollment & Registration
Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of an official BSTA booking confirmation, accompanied by either full payment or an approved corporate Purchase Order (PO):
- Candidate Identification: All candidates must provide a valid original Emirates ID (or passport for international candidates) on the first day of training for identity verification required by Civil Defence, DCAS, and Highfield awarding bodies.
- Prerequisites: Certain advanced safety courses (e.g. Advanced Fire Fighting Level 2 or Managing Safely) require proof of foundational qualifications or industry experience as detailed in the course prospectus.
- Special Needs: Candidates requiring language support (English / Arabic / Hindi / Urdu) or physical accommodations must notify BSTA at least 3 business days prior to course commencement.
3. Pricing, Invoicing & UAE Value Added Tax (VAT)
All course prices quoted on our website, brochures, or quotations are stated in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and are subject to 5% UAE Value Added Tax (VAT) in accordance with Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017.
- Payment Channels: Payment may be executed via corporate bank transfer, major credit/debit cards, or authorized company cheque.
- Corporate Credit Terms: Approved corporate accounts must settle invoices within the agreed credit term (strictly 30 days from invoice date unless explicitly agreed in writing). Certificates may be withheld until full payment is received.
4. Attendance & Certification Standards
Belhasa Safety Training Academy adheres strictly to the accreditation mandates of our licensing authorities:
- Mandatory Attendance: Candidates must achieve a minimum of 90% to 100% attendance (depending on the specific awarding body mandate) to be eligible for formal assessment and certificate issuance.
- Punctuality: Late arrival exceeding 30 minutes may result in disqualification from the session, requiring the candidate to repeat the module at their own or sponsor's expense.
- Assessments & Re-tests: In the event that a candidate does not meet the passing grade on a written exam or practical simulation (e.g. CPR or fire suppression), one re-test opportunity may be scheduled in accordance with the awarding body's regulations (re-assessment fees may apply).

BSTA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a cohort due to unforeseen operational events, extreme weather, or government directives. In such rare cases, candidates will be offered immediate priority re-booking or a 100% refund.
6. Facility Safety Regulations & PPE Protocol
The safety and health of all persons within BSTA premises is paramount. All candidates must strictly adhere to the following facility rules:

All instructional materials, manuals, presentations, syllabus outlines, diagrams, and digital media provided by BSTA are the exclusive intellectual property of Belhasa Safety Training Academy or its accredited licensors (IOSH, Highfield, DCAS). Reproduction, redistribution, recording, or commercial exploitation without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
While BSTA employs certified master trainers and industry-leading safety controls, candidates participate in practical exercises (e.g. fire suppression, vehicle egress, CPR) with full awareness of inherent training risks. To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, BSTA shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of course participation, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the Federal Laws of the United Arab Emirates and the local laws and regulations of the Emirate of Dubai.
